CONTENT WARNINGS
Pennywise drives bad people to be worse in order to frighten good people it can devour.
Typically it will appear/interact as the clown first to gauge your reaction. If your fear It, it will hunt you. If not, it'll probably leave you be to find easier prey.
It very much likes playing with Its' food, and will pursue and scare you repeatedly to raise those cortisol levels.

Name- It/Pennywise/The Entity/The Galloo
Canon- IT: Welcome to Derry/IT Franchise/Stephen King Universe
Age- Ageless/millions if not billions of years old
Appearance- Its' favorite form is that of Pennywise the Dancing Clown. It gained this appearance when it lured and devoured Robert "Bob" Gray, the original Pennywise, who was a performing clown in carnivals and circuses up until It took him in 1908. It targeted him because as a performer, Gray drew people with his entertainment, specifically children, and It wanted that allure and identity for up until then, It had no regular form, and saw it would make feeding easier.
It can take on any form dead or alive or somewhere between, including animals, with a decaying moose as a regular form it took before Pennywise. The clown form is the only one it can keep for lengths of time, other forms of people usually have a tell after awhile that something isn't right about them.
Its true form, The Deadlights, is like looking at a Lovecraftian creature, the human mind cannot comprehend it and so comes under Its' spell instantly. Only two people have looked into the Deadlights for a long length of time and lived. Beverly Marsh suffered with nightmares and visions of the future of her friends. Ingrid Kersh/Gray is the other, daughter to Bob Gray, who went missing/died when she was 8. As an adult, Ingrid helped lure children to It, thinking that by satisfying the creature she would see her father again. But nothing remains of a person once consumed, and It simply played and manipulated her to get what It wanted.
Its' eyes change depending on the situation. If trying to be friendly/human, they are blue-green. If hunting/angry, they are golden yellow and can glow in the dark.
Will often start drooling when close to biting/feeding.
Preferences/Shipping/Etc- 18+ only, sex/gender don't matter. What matters is that if you're afraid of It. If you are, you're food, if not, you're interesting for satisfying other hungers.

Hugging/Flirting/Kissing this character: Dangerous territory but so long as you don't smell of fear, Penny will be confused but fascinated.
Fighting with this character: Unless you're a cosmic entity too, probably will get your ass handed to you, and then eaten.
Injuring this character: Can be injured, but won't be permanent, will retreat and heal, or heal on the spot.
Killing this character: Unless you're The Losers, impossible.
Using telepathy/mind reading/magic abilities on this character: Characters that have The Shine can get in Its' head and even manipulate It. Dick Hallorann is the only one who has done this successfully, though it was brief it was enough to help the 60s kids re-cage It.
